6 lane freeway connects I-5 to all the ports and Highway 30 without routes through neighborhoods.

Raised viaduct allows normal flow of city street traffic while handling freight and thru-traffic traveling to/from the nearby ports and industrial areas.

Connection over the Columbia

Northern Bridge

Additional freeway bridge across the Columbia river.

A classic steel bridge design is iconic, relatively inexpensive, and can be produced in a factory instead of over the waterway.

There will be no obstructions to I-5 during construction which allows normal flow of street traffic during and after construction.

Southern Bridge

Freeway bridge crossing the Willamette River from the north Rivergate peninsula to Hwy. 30.

Removes non-local traffic from neighborhoods and retail areas of St. Johns' and Linton.
